Jean Dufresne (1829 - 1893) was a student of Anderssen, Berliner Chess Master and author. He is particularly well-known for his "Small Textbook on Chess". However, the present edition is much rarer than his textbook. It includes games by Anderssen, Blackburne, Steinitz, Chigorin and Zukertort.
