"The World Chess Championship, 1948" by Harry Golombek. Published in softback by the British Chess Magazine in circa 1980 as a "Classic Reprint" of the original hardback edition by Bell & Co. 226pp. The book is in Very Good condition for its age. Internally the book is in Fine, unread condition and is inscription/annotation and foxing free. The page edge blocks are clean. The only depredation of note to the book is a small area of superficial damage to the base of the spine (see scan). I have refrained from taking any pictures of this book's interior as it is obvious from handling the volume that the covers have never been pulled back so I won't spoil the Fine binding by doing so. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Standard airmail postage (see An Post.com website for prices) based on book weight will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
