The First International Chess Tournament for Developing Countries. It was held in Belgrade in December 1977 with the participation of 16 players.
The book contains player introductions, photos, an overall table and a selection of 14 games that, as far as I know, are not in publicly available databases (e.g. Chessbase).
Condition - Good: first page a bit soiled, pages 13-14 with a small stain.
