Good: ca 1.8-cm tear at the top, light/some general signs of use, signature of photographer Semenova and small pen note in other hand on the back.
The photo is taken during the Alekhine Memorial tournament in Moskva, April 1959.
The result was 1.-3. Spassky, Smyslov, Bronstein 7 of 11, followed by Vasiukov, Portisch, Filip 6, Milev, Olafsson, Aronin 5, Simagin 4.5, Larsen 4, Aronin 3.5, 12 players.
Biographical data:
Miroslav Filip (1928-2009), the best Czechoslovak player in 1950s, one of world's best chess players around 1960, World Championship Candidate 1956 and 1962. Multiple Czechoslovak chess champion. He played in 12 olympiads.
Bent Larsen (1935-2010), Danish GM, in 1960s and 1970s one of the world's best players. Several times world championship candidate.
