British Chess Magazine 1916.
London 1916. Later halfcloth, spine lettered. VIII (=title, index) + 424 pages. Size ca 21 cm. The weight 700 grams. LN 6135, Betts 7-27. In English.
Fair: binding is tight, covers are a little/somewhat soiled. The pages are somewhat "hard" and a little wrinkled, the book seems to have been in a damp environment. Pages 378-392 are a little soiled/spotted. One leaf is well repaired at the edge with paper tape. Some pages are somewhat tightly trimmed, but the trimming never reaches the text. There are occasional non-disturbing marks in red crayon in the problem section
Complete volume 36, numbers 1-12 including title page and index. The covers are not bound in. No plates were issued in this year.
