London, Horace Cox, 1895. Original publisher's cloth binding with gold embossed title on spine and decorated front cover. IV (including Title page and Index) + 380 pages (with 12 Portraits included, each one on the 1st page of each issue). Bound without covers. 25,2 x 17,5 cm. In English.

Good to very good: Binding slightly rubbed and worn, more visible on the edges and mainly on the spine, with some light stain and light dirt. Spine faded and with defects and corners lightly worn and bumped. Dirt on outer edge of pages. Book block light loosened at the front cover, but solidly united. Former owner label in the upper corner of the 1st safeguard. Inside practically without foxing (but very strong in Title page and page 380), and very few notations (I've barely seen a couple very light, or marked as an "x" or similar), although nothing especially important. Few pages with defects. Light browning inside, but in good to very good condition for his age.
