"A Pocket Guide to Chess Endgames" by David Hooper. Published in hardback by Bell & Sons in 1970. First Edition. 197pp. The book is in Good condition for its age. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The page edge blocks are moderately thumbed. Internally the book has sellotape marks on the front and rear endpapers and pastedowns plus the occasional small stain (see scan). It has been quite read read, over the years. Despite this, the vast majority of the internal pages are very clean and they are all inscription, annotation and foxing free. The dustjacket is also in Good condition. It is sellotaped to the pastedowns (see scans) but is complete apart from a very small nick to the bottom of the front cover (see scan). Positions are given in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Standard airmail postage (see An Post.com website for prices) based on book weight will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
