DESCRIPTION

An uncommon little chess booklet: "Southsea Chess Tournament, 1949" by H. Golombek. Published in softback by En Passant Publications in 1949 as "Supplement No. 2". First Edition. 40pp. Betts 25-194. The booklet is in Very Good condition for its age. The staples have rusted a little, but not bled. The covers are clean (some age related discoloration along the spine area, see scan). Internally the pages are very clean and are all inscription, annotation and foxing free. Games are given in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Standard airmail postage (see An Post.com website for prices) based on booklet weight will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
