Herrmann Hirschbach (1812 - 1888) was a journalist and Leipzig chess master. Also known are the “Lehrbuch des Schachspiels” and his lectures on the game of chess that appeared in the Deutsche Schachzeitung.
Condition: Private binding, a few markings, paper yellowed. Corners bumped. Some spots on cover. Exlibris/stamps Frantisek Moucka, Jan Dobrusky, Cesky spolek sachovni, Sachovni club Dobrusky.
