Semmering 1926:
The international chess masters tournament in the Grandhotel Panhans at Semmering 1926. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the M. - Ostrava Chess Club, published on behalf of Robert Laseker. Mährisch Ostrau (Kittls Nachf.) 1934, 8°. With one plate, 72 pages. Original stapled cardboard publisher binding with lettering on front. L/N. 5400. The tournament winner was Spielmann ahead of Alekhine and Vidmar. The tournament book was only published 8 years after the tournament.
Condition: Cover and book with a lot of wear. Dogears, paper browned, a lot of marginalia with pencil. Cracks with tears on plate and last page, see pictures. Pencilled index on title verso. Overall Assessment = Below Average!
