Schweizerische Schachzeitung 1858.
Chur, 1858. Contemporary halfcloth with no lettering. (2) = title, 2 blank, 104 pages + III, (1) pages index. Size ca 20 cm. The weight 200 grams. LN 6352. Di Felice 2358. In German.
About Good: binding is somewhat rubbed/scuffed, some wear to spine ends. Signature of previous owner (P. M. Pongracz) and date (18)92 on front free endpaper. Note in blue crayon on the title page. Also, a few sporadic marks in blue crayon at the end. Some pages with (probably erasable) pencil notes – solution of problems. Most pages have light brown spot at the bottom (pictures) that does not affect the text. Page 53 with two ink stains (picture).
Complete volume 2 - numbers 1-12, including title page and index. Index is common for volumes 1857 and 1858. Covers are not bound in. No plates were published in this volume.
Schweizerische Schachzeitung is published monthly from 1857 to 1860.
