"An ABC of Chess Problems" by John Rice. Published in hardback by Faber & Faber in 1972. Second Edition. 349pp. The book and its dustjacket are in Very Good condition for their age. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The pages edge blocks are clean. The book boards are clean and the gilt lettering on the spine is still strong. Internally the book is in very clean, unmarked condition. It is foxing, inscription and annotation free. NOTE: The front endpaper has some light staining, possibly a dried liquid (see scan). The dustjacket is complete and suffers only from two very small areas of light staining to the top of the front cover plus very light crumpling to the spine head & tail. It is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Further scanned images are available on request. Standard airmail postage (see based on book weight) will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOW BASED IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND, THEREFORE, ALL SALES TO EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS (APART FROM GB) WILL BE IN EUROS AND SHIPPED DIRECT EU - EU (THUS AVOIDING ANY BREXIT POSTAL TAXES). CUSTOMERS IN THE GB AREA CAN STILL AVAIL OF SHIPPING DIRECT GB - GB AS I CAN SHIP FROM NORTHERN IRELAND, ALTHOUGH THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT DELAY IN POSTING. CUSTOMERS IN THE USA AND THE RoW WILL HAVE THEIR ORDER SHIPPED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
