"Chess Review, 1963". All 12 issues of "Chess Review, 1963" bound in red cloth. Volume 31. Betts 7-76. 384pp. The volume is in Fair overall condition and is suitable as a reading copy only. The binding is very shaky. Binding webbing exposed in places (see 8th scan, for example). The boards are stained and have damage to their tips and at the head and tail of the spine (see scans). The gilt lettering on the spine has faded but is still readable. The page edge blocks are evenly tanned from age. Internally the situation improves as all 12 magazines are bound with their covers and all appear to be inscription, foxing and annotation free. I would grade the magazines alone as being in Good Plus condition for their age. However, the binding issue referred to above means that there is a possibility of a magazine or two detaching from the spine, if the volume is not carefully handled. Further scanned images are available on request. Games and positions are given in English descriptive notation. Standard airmail postage (see An Post.com website for prices) based on book weight (approx.1.26kg unpackaged) will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
