М.Пархоменко вел шахматные рубрики с 1997 года более чем в 15 газатах и журналах Винницы и области. За это время он опубликовал более 8000 оригинальных задач и этюдов. Только в рекламной газете "RIA" опубликовано почти 3000 композиций. Более 80% - задачи М.Пархоменко, публиковались также М.Марандюк, Ю.Гордиан, И.Сорока, А.Дашковский, В.Черноус, А. и В. Семененко, Н.Колесник, Р.Залокоцкий, Ю.Белоконь, а также винницкие проблемисты Е.Маринов, О.Мажар, С.Дидык, Ф.Панчук, П.Жмуцкий и другие.
М.Пархоменко стремился в рубриках представить как можно больше задач, и помещал на диаграмме по 3-4(а иногда и 5!) задач.

M. Parkhomenko has been writing chess columns since 1997 in more than 15 newspapers and magazines in Vinnitsa and the region. During this time he published more than 8,000 original problems and studies. Almost 3000 compositions were published in the advertising newspaper "RIA" alone. More than 80% are problems of M. Parkhomenko, M. Marandyuk, Y. Gordian, I. Soroka, A. Dashkovsky, V. Chernous, A. and V. Semenenko, N. Kolesnik, R. Zalokotsky, Y. Belokon, were also published. as well as Vinnytsia problem specialists E. Marinov, O. Mazhar, S. Didyk, F. Panchuk, P. Zhmutsky and others.
M. Parkhomenko tried to present as many problems as possible in the headings, and placed 3-4 (and sometimes 5!) problems on the diagram.
