This scoresheet is either written in an old pencil or it is a carbon copy. I guess it is an original in pencil but I am not sure.
The scoresheet is dated 17. X. 1937. The game was played in the 1st round. It is written in Hostinsky's hand, unsigned. Size 21 x 15 cm.
Good condition: some signs of use, 2x centre fold.
Hostinsky won in 48 moves. The game can be found in the tournament book on pages 16-17 (Barta: Mezinarodni sachovy turnaj v Brne 1937. Brno, 1937, LN 5551)
Biographical data:
Zdenek Hostinsky (1914-1986), strong Brno chess player. He took part in the final of Czechoslovak championship in 1955.
August Konrad Haida (1887-1940), strong Brno chess player, Master of the UJCS 1921. He played 4x in the final of Czechoslovak championship, 2x champion of Brno (1922, 1924).
