Ladislav Alster – Josef Marsalek

The scoresheet is written in Marsalek’s hand, undated. The front side is written in pencil, the back side and Marsalek's signature in pen. Alster's signature is in pencil.
Marsalek won in 58 moves.
Size 21 x 15 cm.
Good to very good: light signs of use.
Biographical data:
Ladislav Alster (1927-1991), Czechoslovak champion in 1956, a member of team which won world student championship in Oslo 1954, took part in chess olympiad Moscow 1956.
Josef Marsalek (born 1935), strong player, several times participated in the Czechoslovak championship. He was a member of the team, which won Student World championship in 1954 – his result was 5 of 5. Later he stopped active play.
