Minsk, Polymya, 1979. Stapled booklet. Photos, 36 pages. Size 21.5 x 9.5 cm. 60 grams. Published 2,000 copies. In Russian.

Good: light/some wear to covers. Light signs of use. The (originally blank) crosstables on pages 6 and 29 are neatly fulfilled by pen. Information about the player's rating is added manually (pictures). Stamp of the tournament on page 2 and 35.

The program contains introduction, tournament schedule, general information about the tournament and about city of Minsk.

There is also biographical information about the participants, always one page.
