Fair: covers are soiled and worn around margind. Spine is torn ca 4 cm at bottom. Fore-edges is soiled. Some other signs of use, text with no writings.
28 annotated Paul Keres’ games.
Inscribed by Czech correspondence master Frantisek Batik on halftitle, signed and dated 24/7 1959.

Biographical data:
Frantisek Batik (1887-1985), member of the Czech Chess Union since its foundation in 1905. The strongest Czech correspondence chess player in the first half of the 20th century. In the 1956-1958 World Championship in correspondence chess he took 2nd place.
