In this edition, the Viennese chess player Baron Ladislaus von Perenyi provides instructions on how to better remember the connections in the game of chess by forming associations ("mnemonics") in the game of chess. 1st volume: General representations of the line and square relationships, the work of the pieces and the moves across all 64 fields. 2nd volume: Individual examples of those Queen and Knight moves which were generally indicated in the explanations... of the first volume. There is an explanation for each board on the opposite page.
