A comprehensive bibliography of all chess tournament books, bulletins and programs since first match London - Edinburgh in 1824 through 1970.

The catalog is sorted into 5 chapters: I. Individual Tournaments, II. Individual Matches, III. Team Tournaments, IV. Team Matches, V. Correspondence Competitions.

Particular entries are ordered alphabetically - for example tournaments by place of event, and then within the place chronologically. Description of each publication includes, if available: title, subtitle, author or editor, place and year of publication, publisher, series (if any), pagination, photos and other description, language, notes and source. The catalog consists of 3,096 items, detailed index at the end.

An important reference work for chess historians and collectors of tournament books.
