Nordisk Skaktidende. 1873-1881. Nine volumes. Many diagrams. Algebraic notation. Nordisk Skaktidende is the oldest Nordic chess magazine, which was edited by Malmquist and Sörensen in Copenhagen. Later, the Swede A. Arnell and others took part. The magazine appeared in Danish, but also had many contributions in Swedish. Interesting magazine with lots of games and problems. L/N 5999. Kieler Schachkatalog 177.
Condition: Uniformly bound in three volumes. Brown Cloth with gilt title on spines. All volumes have index. Bound without covers. Paper is yellowed. Some pages have penned notes. Binding is strong and good. A very good copy. Estimated value is 1000-2000 Euros.
