Of the 7 persons in the photo, I can identify, from the left:
Botvinnik became the World champin in this tournament. He won with 14 of 20 ahead of Smyslov, Keres, Reshevsky and Euwe.
Samuel Reshevsky (1911-1992), a chess prodigy, one of world top players in 1930s-1960s, multiple US champion.
Tibor Florian (1919-1990), Hungarian champion 1945, chess master and composer, journalist, author.
Josef Louma (1898-1955), Czech master, FIDE vicepresident 1951-54, journalist, chess study composer.
Good to very good: The photo is slightly bent, what can be corrected. Light signs of use. Illegible stamp of Russian photographer on the back. Some erasable pencil notes on the back.
