Good: Light defects. Light browning at edges. Small rod with small loss in the middle of the bottom edge of pages 333-336 and back cover. Very slight dirt with some tiny stain in covers. Some light wrinkle. Minimal rust on staples, that very slightly affect the pages 324-325. Inside without writings.
