Scoresheet signed by both players

 

Scoresheet Pithart – Svabensky from July 9, 1947. Scoresheet with the heading of chess club Dobrusky, Prague, written in old pencil in Pithart's hand, signed by both players (Svabensky’s signature is in pen). Size 21 x 15 cm.

Good to very good: light general signs of use, some pencil notes on the back. 

F. Pithart won in 22 moves.

Biographical data:

Frantisek Pithart (1915-2003), strong Czech master and noted trainer. One of the best Czech players after wws. He many times participated in the finals of Czechoslovak championships - his best results were 2x shared third place in 1955 and 1965. He was one of Czechoslovak players at the Helsinki 1952 chess olympiad and at the European team chamionship 1957. Author of many books and articles.

Mojmir Svabensky (1924-2001), 3-times World Silent champion.
