Czech composer Vladimir Pachman
typed signed letter

The letter is beginning Vazeny pane (=Dear Sir). Vladimir Pachman informs that he was in the hospital for surgery.
Folded sheet size A5 (21 x 15 cm), text on one page, the other 3 pages are blank.
Very good: light general signs of use, light vertical centre fold, name „Pachman“ handwritten in pencil in other hand at the top.
Biographical data:
Vladimir Pachman (1918 - 1984), Czech composer, GM of Chess Composition, author of about 1200 problems - mostly 3-movers. He reached 105 points in FIDE Albums (the highest score of all Czech composers), 13times Czechoslovak champion in chess compostion. Author of several books. Brother of Ludek Pachman.
