According to Walker the new notation is numbering the squares from 1 to 64. Nice contemporary leather binding (see scan). LN 3639. vd Linde I 402. Paris, Everat, 1823. 8°. xvi + 465 pp.
Small tear on upper part of spine. Else excellent condition.
