An exceptional and extremely rare work, written in 5 parts from 1928 to 1932. It could be considered as "the Italian answer" to the immortal "The Hypermodern Game of Chess" by Tartakower.
Started by the legendary theoretician Carlo Salvioli, was concluded with vol. 5 by Giuseppe Stalda, after Salvioli's death.
To find all the parts of this opera bound in a single enormous volume of more than 700 pages is an incredible success for a real collector.
