Postcard written 16 November 1900 to Ludvig Collijn, Djursholm, from correspondence chess player Adolf Norlin, Stockholm. Captain Adolf Norlin informed tournament director Collijn about his 25th move against Rikard Täckholm, Göteborg and his 26th move against S.A. Tufte, Kristiania in the 2nd Nordic Correspondence Championship. The postcard was stamped 17 November and according to the postal arrival stamp Mr Collijn received the postcard on the same day!
Captain Norlin [29.9 1858 - 15.8 1921] was also a wellknown chess composer. Ludvig Collijn [20.11 1878 - 4.10 1939] was a great patron and one of the main figures in Swedish chess.
