Valery Loginov (born 1955) is a Soviet and Russian chess Grandmaster who from 1992 to 1995 played for Uzbekistan. He won the Uzbekistani Chess Championship three-times (1976, 1982, 1984) and played for Uzbekistan at the Chess Olympiads in Manila 1992 and Moscow 1994. His peak chess rating was 2610 in 1994.
